This is an example of a small, palm-sized box that we have made.

We received an inquiry from a handmade doll artist who works in Osaka.
The customer requested a custom-made box specifically for storing doll parts.
During our meeting when you visited our store, we decided on the basic specifications, such as the shape and size.
To match the product image, we decided to create a cover-type design using chiyogami and folk art paper.
A cute little box that fits perfectly in the palm of your hand.
Each box is carefully wrapped and sealed by hand.
This is the smallest size we can produce.
I would really like to hear their reaction.
I hope you like it.
Since it's a specially made box, we'd be happy if you could reuse it for another purpose after use.
Thank you very much for your order.
At our company, we do not consider rigid boxes to be merely paper products.
Through rigid boxes, you can promote your company's products, create a sense of luxury, and differentiate yourself from competitors.
Please use this as a tool to enhance your company's brand image.
Details of the production of the custom-made small boxes using chiyogami and folk art paper are as follows.
[Regarding the paper material used for the box]
Lid: Chiyogami paper, 70g thick, made in Kyoto.
Bottom box: Folk art paper, colored, approximately 50 kg thick
Core material: White cardboard, No. 13 thickness
[Regarding the size and shape of the rigid box]
Internal dimensions of the lower box: 50 x 40 x H20 mm
Lid depth: To match the bottom box, as needed.
Shape: Standard flap type, split into upper and lower sections.
(*The lid size has been adjusted to take into account the size of the box below.)
[Regarding printing and processing]
Cutting, marking, corner trimming, corner finishing, and hand-finished wrapping.
[Regarding the number of boxes produced]
Two patterns of chiyogami paper, 50 boxes of each, for a total of 100 boxes.
[Regarding delivery time]
We anticipate the entire process, from specification finalization to order acceptance and final delivery, to take approximately 15 days.
[Regarding production costs]
The price varies depending on specifications such as the shape of the box, the type of adhesive used, the number of boxes to be produced, and whether or not printing is required.
Based on the finalized specifications, we will confirm the production cost.
First, please provide us with as much detail as possible about your current thoughts through our contact page .

【others】
We have about 340 different patterns of chiyogami (decorative paper) to use for the labels on the lids.
We have a variety of paper colors and patterns available, so please let us know your preferences in as much detail as possible.
The basic form of a rigid box is the "overlapping type" as shown above, which is divided into upper and lower sections.
In addition, while there are limitations on size and depth, it is possible to manufacture them in other shapes as well.
・In addition, we may also apply a different colored paper material to the inside of the box.
It's possible to create an even more luxurious feel by using a two-tone color scheme for the interior and exterior.
・For custom-made laminated boxes, we accept orders of 100 boxes or more if they are handcrafted.
Please let us know your desired size, lid depth, shape, and any labels you would like to include.
- Hardened boxes can be manufactured starting from 100 boxes, using the same paper material but with different patterns or colors.
If you are considering producing 4,000 or more boxes with a single design, we can mass-produce them using automated machine bonding.
・It is also possible to foil-stamp logos, marks, or text onto the top surface or the underside of the lid.
We can enhance your brand image and create an even more luxurious feel by tailoring the specifications to your company's needs.
