This is an example of a box made using three types of chiyogami (decorative paper) and folk art paper.

I handcrafted small, palm-sized boxes for incense using vibrant, colorful chiyogami and folk art papers.
A small, handcrafted incense box made using three vibrant chiyogami paper patterns.

We received an inquiry from a company that produces its own incense and operates a retail store.

We received a request to custom-make a decorative box for a newly planned incense product.

In the preliminary meeting, we discussed a lid-type box made using chiyogami (decorative paper) and folk art paper.

We decided on two floral patterns resembling stencil dyeing and one pattern of vibrant small flowers for the posters.

It was an interesting experiment where we selected three patterns from a variety of Chiyo patterns to match the image of the fragrance.

Each box is individually wrapped and sealed by hand, resulting in a meticulously finished product.

It took a little time to make, but it was a rewarding project to create a box with a rigid frame.

I'd really like to hear the customers' reactions.

Since it's such a beautifully crafted box, I would be happy if you could reuse it for another purpose after use.

Thank you very much for your order.

*A "HARIBAKO" is a box made by covering a cardboard core with materials such as Japanese paper, small paper, or fabric.

Packages that are hand-wrapped and sealed with adhesives such as glue or gelatin.

Due to its beautiful finish and durability, it is also known as a cosmetic box.

Depending on the shape, size, and number of boxes to be produced, they may be manufactured using machine bonding.

Rigid boxes are paper products that embody the image of a product or company's brand.

Another advantage is that we can accommodate requests for relatively small orders of washi paper or small paper in your preferred color and texture, as well as in various sizes and shapes.

At our company, we do not consider rigid boxes to be merely paper products.

Through rigid boxes, you can promote your company's products, create a sense of luxury, and differentiate yourself from competitors.

Please use these paper products to enhance your company's and your products' brand image.

The basic form of a rigid box is the "overlapping type" as shown above, which is divided into upper and lower sections.

While there are limitations on size and lid depth, it is possible to manufacture them in other shapes as well.

・It is also possible to foil-stamp logos, marks, or text onto the top surface or the underside of the lid.

We can enhance your brand image and create an even more luxurious feel by tailoring the specifications to your company's needs.

・We may also use a different colored paper material to line the inside of the box.

It's also possible to create a more luxurious feel by using a two-tone color scheme for the interior and exterior.

- For custom-made, handcrafted boxes, we accept orders for 100 boxes or more.

Please let us know your desired size, lid depth, shape, and any labels you would like to include.

・Bonded boxes can be made in quantities of 100 or more by combining different patterns or colors of the same paper material.

If you are considering producing more than 4,000 boxes with a single design, we can mass-produce them using automated machine bonding.
