What is a custom-made cosmetic box with three chiyogami patterns selected to match the image of the new product?
This paper product is an example of a rigid box used for a new product.

We immediately received an inquiry from a cosmetics manufacturing company.
When developing this new product, the client requested that the packaging for the new cosmetic product be a rigid box.
During the meeting and in the conclusion reached, it was decided that decorative paper (chiyogami) would be used for posters.
We tried something interesting: we selected and combined three different chiyogami (decorative paper) patterns to match the image of our new product.
A distinctive feature is that each box is carefully wrapped and sealed almost entirely by hand.
Rigid boxes are paper products that embody the image of a product or a company's brand.
We can accommodate your requests for washi paper or small paper in your preferred color and texture, as well as in relatively small quantities, in terms of size and shape.
Furthermore, recently, rigid boxes seem to be gaining renewed attention as a paper product with a low environmental impact.
However, gradually, examples of products made from petroleum-derived materials and wood materials began to appear.
The rigid box scenario certainly involves costs.
Based on our proven track record of successful projects, we will propose the most suitable solution to your needs, including cost considerations.
Currently, we do not consider rigid boxes to be the same as integrated paper product installations.
Using rigid boxes can help promote your company's products, create a sense of luxury, and differentiate you from competitors.
We would like to ask for your patience as we aim to enhance your company's and your product's brand image, and therefore, we are requesting your cooperation in waiting for a while regarding paper products.

A cosmetic box I made myself using three different patterns of chiyogami paper. A rigid box used for new cosmetic products.
【others】
The chiyogami paper used for the lid labels comes in approximately 340 different patterns.
We have a variety of paper colors and patterns available, so please let us know your preferences in detail.
The basic form of a rigid box is the "overlapping" type, which expands from top to bottom as shown above.
Other types include the "Deco type," which has limitations on size and depth, but is a type with a lid and a base plate attached.
We can also create "book-type" designs, which resemble dictionaries, and "inro-type" designs, which have no steps on the sides.
・It is also possible to foil-stamp logos, marks, or text onto the top surface or the underside of the lid.
We can enhance your brand image and create a more luxurious feel by tailoring the specifications to your company's needs.
・In addition, we may also apply a different colored paper material to the inside of the box.
It's possible to create an even more luxurious feel by using a two-tone color scheme for the interior and exterior.
• Custom-made rigid boxes are available for orders of 100 boxes or more.
Please let us know your desired size, lid depth, shape, and any labels you would like to include.
- Bonded boxes can be made in combinations of different patterns or colors of the same paper material, starting from 100 boxes.
If you can figure out how to make over 4,000 boxes with a single design, mass production is possible using automated machine bonding.
